My car has now been off the road nearly a month because of the parts dept at Days of Chelmsford
Switched my Servicing to Osbournes of Colchester for my 30k service and was really impressed with the service

Yep - got one for my X reg MY00. Sounds like my responses might be similar - love the car, shame about the dealers' ability to fix things correctly the first time.

I got one for my Y reg WRX, which I sold a few months back. I said it was the dogs bollox, except the dealer standard of service is cr@p.
