the norfolk guy driving the elise on top gear was Gavin Kershaw from lotus. He beat me on last year's sideways challenge and was absolutely legendary.

hat's off, the guy is a star.

Simon,

You should do something about drivingtechniques.co.uk, i miss it badly!

Maybe open a driving techniques section here on Scoobynet's BBS? That would be helpful, especially considering the number of accidents among sports cars owner due to lacking driving knowledge..

Indeed Mr DB, I wanted to look something up myself recently, and nuffink there!

Now you've got nothing to do for a couple of months, maybe you could look into it

A driving techniques section would be great!

I've got tons of questions, but am never sure which is the right section to post them to.

It is a great idea and many people im sure would use this section and benifit from it - however, surely the best way to learn is to get out there and learn first hand!!!

Good idea. (OH MY GOD... I'll NEVER have a social life.)

OK, I'll have a think about it, but I do think it's a good idea.

I tell you what.

If other people are willing to come up with some other sections.. like a modding section, etc... I'll start up a section of scoobynet for this kind of thing so we have a kind of reference resource?

what do you think?

cheers

wish it was that simple John.

As you may not know, driving techniques was hosted by netmetrics. I am now trying to get hold of all of the data, etc.

cheers
