Not really up to speed on this whole Botty_Chap hoax thing but...
Don't most ISPs allocate IP addresses dynamically (DHCP?) i.e. you get a different IP address every time you log on? I don't really know much about all this IP stuff and I'm 23 - how on earth does pslewis understand it if he's 73 or whatever?!

Well I don't see it as a problem.
If someone want's to impersonate pslewis then good luck to them!
Mind you I can't see anyone been able to simulate the arrogance or boorish attitude well enough to convince most of us!

no no no no - you've all got it wrong. Pslewis is pretending to be a person who is imitating him in order to take the ****. Thus he points out his own faults. It is a derranged way of making him feel like he is far far more popular then her really is.
