Question

Just put a Toad Ai606 alarm me new MY02 WRX on a ship bound for UK. Apparently it takes 3/4 weeks to get there. Anyone know if the battery will be ok, as you can't switch off the alarm

Is it going in a container?
If so just disconnect the battery.

If its roll-on roll-off then beware had a very bad experience myself.

Who did you import it through got mine from Kattamis and co in Laranca.

It has gone on in a container - Inchcape, and couldn't disconnect as they load it themselves. What happened to yours?

Went to Oz and Malyasia this summer for 5 weeks - on my return car started first time, no problem.

I too have a Toad (Cat 1) alarm thingy, (and other security).

So.. I predict no worries mate

Its just the wait that'll kill ya...

Imagine the whole driver side not quite looking the same as when you left the car.

Apprantently ship hit very bad seas and three cars came together.

Car needed a total respray and new d/s door d/s front wing new rear 1/4 new d/s kit.
