Having privately sold a 98 Prodrive Scooby recently, I have been really keen to get my hands on a UK300 so I went into my local dealer who allegedly has one of the last UK300s in the country.

In the process of telling me about the car he let it slip that his UK300 <B>must</B> be registered this month and when I asked him more about it he said that there was another limited edition coming out on the 1st Nov 2001 and it was rumoured to be around 265bhp.

Apologies if I am repeating things that the experts amongst you have known about for a while now, but can anyone shed any more light on this?

If there is a new limited edition, whats it called and what are the specs, etc?

I suspect he's refering to the UK STi 7 that was announced recently. This has 265PS or 261 bhp. Power is down on the Japanese version to meet European emissions legislation etc.
