Are colour coded side skirts now standard on the MY03?

So far every picture I have seen of the MY03 WRX all have colour coded side skirts, even on the Litchfield Import website.
Does anyone know if this is now standard or are they still leaving the factory black?
And one last question, they even have the white indicator lenses in a few of the pics, is that standard as well?

Well, the WRX at teh motorshow didn't have colour coded skirts so I imagine they are still an extra, and yes it did look terrible!
