Phone calls in the middle of the night....

Has anyone had any false alarms from Tracker systems?
Ive had two calls now one at 3.40 in the morning,as you can imagine I **** myself,"hello this is Tracker systems we have an activation alert.....is your car still there
?".
I have asked them to come out and check my install,but they say that they usually only come and check after three false alarms what a load of sh1te,they were quick enough to take my money to have it fitted,not happy.
Advice on what to do please.......

Nah, seriously, that's not on at all - you'll be paranoid for ever if that continues!
I'd phone up and let them know you're a member of a large motoring organisation, and several friends also with trackers are considering switching to another company after your horror stories etc etc, and try and get them off their ar5e5 to do something about it!
