After reading a thread, where certain people seemed to be laying into ScoobyMania, and Mike in particular, I wondered at the inequities that traders lay themselves open to. Yes, I am a trader, but at least it means I know what I'm talking about. I doubt there is a trader here who, at some point, hasn't dealt with a "difficult" customer publicly on ScoobyNet.

Now, given we have a category for the public to recommend and "hound" traders publicly, maybe we should have the opposite ? Somewhere where the traders can flag up excellent customers, those who understand the products they want to buy, how they work and that no matter how many toys they throw out of their prams, sometimes you simply have to wait for something. Somewhere, where the trader can expose those customers whose lives are so sad that they must ring up and discuss products they never intend to purchase, or who want to use the product in a wholy inappropriate manner, but still expect to get 100bhp extra for it.

Come, my fellow traders, stand up and be counted ! Arise, arise, arise !!!

I must say I dont see the specialists as companys I see them as mates who have the same passion for the marque. From my website I get plenty of emails from people all over the world asking questions and asking where they can get stuff. I recommend the guys I have used as I know they are good. These include Scoobymania, TSL and Scoobysport and I have no reservations in recommending them to anyone.
