Bren,
Read the first post of the NM6 thread, and I have explained what I will be doing about issuing routes, and a second route pick up point if required.
There should be no trouble with the Police, as we will not be at the start point for long, and EVERONE WILL BE BEHAVING SENSIBLY ON BIRCH. NICE AND SEDATE.
The weather forecast is for fine weather in the morning, so I will be attempting to get people on the move quickly.
Cheers MTR

To all concerned,
I have been in to Birch Services and spoke in person with the duty manager of Birch Services about the arrangements for NM6.
I have given the manager my name and telephone number to discuss any concerns, if needed before the event.
As long as we act responsibly, and use the facilities at Birch, toilets, food and drink etc then we will not have a problem.
See you all tomorrow.
And please, please drive in a responsible manner during the run.
In 30MPH zones please drive at 30 MPH!!!
I want every one to have an enjoyable day out, and go home with their licenses and cars intact, and most importantly their health unaffected.
Cheers MTR
