Can you get a Scooby to pendulum swing without the handbrake ? and does this involve re setting the foot brake bias towards the rear ??

Yes you can.. but it is only really of any real use on loose surfaces like gravel or snow.

It can be done a number of different ways, but a deep appreciation for balance and limit handling are necessary before it is possible to do it safely.. and at that point the techniques to do it become a given.
