One of the prizes on offer from the Staffordshire Treasure Hunt was a De-cat Centre Section kindly donated by Hayward & Scott.

The winners of the event Jon (Rusty Festa) and Tia, have kindly offered to auction off the centre section as the section is suitable only for a turbo - and they have a Sport model.

So, the auction opens basically when this thread goes up (28/10/2002) and will close at midday on Friday (12:00 - 01/11/2002)

The section will then be sold to the highest bidder and all of the money will then go to the charity allocated for the Treasure hunt which is: Hope Hospital Intensive Care Unit where Nick Wild was cared for in his last hours.

For your information the section is valued at £95 including VAT. for more information on the centre section see this site for details (3rd item down the page )

So, start bidding - serious bids only please - I won't be online for a couple of days in case you wonder why I don't post

Cheers,

Michelle.

Cool

Just to add that in my absence IanW will try to answer any queries, if he can't, then I am sure a text will come winging my way asking for an answer

I'll make a bid of 15pounds..

Edited to say "I am too assuming due to the price that it is for a Classic shape too"

I believe it is for the classic shape, however I am just awaiting confirmation.

Dont forget that the money raised from this is going to charity!
