Quick Help - Seat Size Question?

Sorry for posting here but wanted max exposure...
interested in some P1 seats for sale with a view to fitting them in my E30 M3 (to replace the standard ones in a sport EVO vein). Without getting embroiled in the normal discussions that ensue about me taking my M3 away from standard.... can anyione tell me the following (please please please)
Height of seat from base to top of head rest (i.e.) excluding subframe
Width of seat from outer edge to edge at widest point
Width of subframe
Length? of seat....you know what I mean
anything elese you think I need to know wrt to fiting them in my motor.
Would really appreciate your help anybody.... need to know b4 tomorrow you see.
