Slimfast. I forgot the prize but a friend of mine lost 20 lbs in a few weeks. She's since put the weight back on though after having a child..

To be honest you might as well get an RA if you want a light scooby. Anyway, to lighten it, get rid of the airconditioning system, back seats, replace the door cards and other weird stuff.
