So I'm driving to work tonight,when I see this car in my rear view mirror flying up the dual carriage way behind me.
(And I mean flying).

Gets to the roundabout at the top of the hill and I have to stop.Looks across and the car at the side of me and it's a new m3(No wonder it was flying).

Has another look as you do,now drooling,and who's sat in the drivers seat but Jason Plato.He cooly nods across at me as he realises I've recognised him.
I'm not far from work at this point,but still fancy a little play with Mr Plato in the M3 and me in my P1.

Both set off from the roundabout at the same time,but for some reason I didn't seem to be going very fast unlike Mr Plato.
It was then it dawned on me (**** **** ****) I was driving the Mrs's ford Ka.

Managed to catch him up eventually,while he'd been stood at the traffic lights.As I screeched to a halt,I looked across at him and thought you lucky bast**d,he looked across at me and waved,just before he sped away and probably thinking what a **** driving a Ka.
(LOL Ford Ka vs M3).

Jason piloted me round the Jerez GP circuit the year before last in a VX220 - it was fun looking out the side window at the direction we were going

Ignore how he sometimes comes across on tv - he's an OK bloke

He was at the Autocar sideways challenge too in a blue M3(he wasnt using it for sideways fun though used other peoples tyres for that

He's a top bloke - met him for as he was taking sponser people around thruxton for a few laps in his then Renault Laguna Nescafe 33 Brit touring car.... back when he had long hair and looked like a student. What it was to have a brother who worked for their major sponser back then!!!!!

We never went sideways though... well, i couldnt actually tell you as i had my eyes closed!!!! He laughed everytime i screamed (narf narf!!)
