Thanks but how do you get them down to 100k mine say 464k!!

You need to reduce the size or resolution, easiest way is a paint package like photoshop or photosuite

i usually choose to change the pixels and in the first box (width) put 400 in and it automatically changes the other box (height)... this is using paint shop pro 7 in the 'image' 'resize' drop down..

It still shows the whole image as more than 100K but i think it takes into account the whole document, because it still down loads...
