They're all wrong i) guns will still exist after a nuclear war ii) sound witty & clever but is simply incorrect - windows is clearly easier to use and used by more people than MS-DOS iii) another one that sounds clever but isn't support by events - people correctly listen to their lawyers (who won't go to jail), doctors who won't get ill, dentists who won't have fillings put in; and should you not be wary of someone's advice if they are incurring risk? What about your nutter passenger who says "floor it mate!" just before a blind crest?

"If you do not change your course, you will continue where you were previously headed" - Chinese proverb. It's both true, based on experience rather than the desire to sound amusing or intelligent, and is frequently ignored by the majority of people.

We should take care not to make the intellect our god; it has, of course, powerful muscles, but no personality.

Is fuel efficiency really what we need most desperatelly? I say that what we really need is a car that can be shot when it breaks down.
