What's going on here?
From what I can read from all the posts, there is a strong chance that some wrong doings have occurred on someone's part, be it Zymol US or Zymol UK.
I think we have the right to hear everyone's opinion on the matter.
I for one was about to purchase a kit, so will be following the story with interest.
People like John F. went to some lengths to clarify the situation, and posted his findings.
I think it is ridiculous that the thread is closed.
Just because some of you have purchased the kit and are happy with it, and think Mark's a sound bloke (which he seems to be) is not a valid reason for shutting the debate down.
Regardless of Mark's situation, he is a member of this BBS and has every right to at least inform everyone what the situation is.
No legality gets in the way of him at least saying "Sorry Peeps, there's a situation here which I'm sorting out but I'll keep you informed".
This BBS exists to share ALL information, whether good or bad.
It is not wrong to speculate in the absence of clarifying information.
I didn't see the PE thread get closed down just because some of you liked David Power, despite all the damage the thread did to his company's reputation.
It is wrong to let personal opinion get in the way of which threads stay open.
We're all grown up, and we have the right to decide for ourselves.
Rant over.

Stef.

Stef, slight over reaction mate, its only closed until we have the facts together, it is not intended to hold the facts from members, but there is obviously something underhand going on, Phil has spoken to Mark, and the thread was closed, when Mark is able to comment on the situation we will not stop him. BUT some of the comments made by people COULD cause complications to any legal case bought, by either party. We are in constant touch with Mark, and i am also talking to John F on a regular basis, and we awaiting a response from Zymol US to several E-Mails.

Again, it was only closed because all that could be said has been, until Mark is able to comment of course, remember though it may take some time for any official comment from Mark to appear, the US position is well covered in the thread.

Hope this helps set everybodies mind at ease, we are not hiding anything, remember "The Truth is out there"

Stef

To you all" I cannot comment" here on this board as it is not the place or time for to do so. Also I am acting on legal advise as anything I may say "may be misconstrued or mis-interpreted".

As to you placing an order, please be my guest. Open as usual.

Mark,

Surely a simple statement, saying either, "I have not, or have not knowingly sold counterfeit Zymol products", could not be misconstrued, or mis-interpreted ?.

Mark.
