Mike wondered if you can help....

I'm thinking of upgrading the suspension on my MY00 wagon and wondered if the suspension off a P1 would fit? Do the wagon rears use a different mount?

How long is the P1 suspension set to last for on our wonderful roads, obviously depending on the driver

I can answer this question - yes the P1 suspension will fit perfectly well on a MY00 Wagon. I had this set-up on my own car (MY98 4 door), and thought it was excellent. Transformed the handling, with very little impact on ride quality (in some respects over light bumps on the road the ride was better!).

When it came to selling my car, I took the suspension off, and returned it to standard, and it's now happily residing on a MY00 Wagon, and the owner thinks it's fantastic - the best value for money mod he could have made to the car.

If you can find a set for sensible money, then go for it
