It wouldn't surprise me if the next post on this thread goes something like this......
"you just wouldn't believe it, I've lived in the same house for 14 years and this morning I found another bedroom that I didn't even know was there"
Surely a good clean of a car finds all of the above!!!!?

My 4 year old found the cup holder when he decided to tear the car apart (investigating obviously!) Very handy, like everyone has been saying, for McDonalds drinks, but annoys the hell out of me when there is actually a drink in there cause it blocks one of the air vents and I can't get to any of the buttons on my stereo

And I can't a fecking cd out of the player with the cup holder open.
Try juggling two cups of coffee, two cd's, steering wheel and a mobile phone at 140mph round a corner in the wet whilst trying to change gear, not easy

Hail hail....
You'll find that if you stop rolling the joint and finish putting your make up on then that should leave you more then enough hands to do all of the above...

So the picture of a cup on part of the dash wasn't a big enough clue for you all!
I was getting in the car for the test drive when I found the cup holder, the only time it is ever opened is to get the console apart.
You know the Police will nick you for drinking/eating while driving, don't you!

I apologise then... I would have thought Subaru would have used some sort of visual indicator on the cup holders no matter when the car was made.
My mistake... what was I thinking!

Im sure my MY02 has a small sticker thing showing a cup - Ill check on my way home.
While on the subject of stereos, does anyone know how to get CD's of out the standard double din once removed. Ive converted to a single din but left a CD in the old one. Dont want to pull the dash apart again.

Red, re Si Burton.. i know!
Mattel, how thoughtless of you! i still had to just go and check - nope, nothing there on mine.
Cullenj, nice one, in 3 1/2 years of Scoob ownership i never spotted that (just had a look). admittedly i never rest anything on my bodywork, that's what the petrol pumps are..er, sorry were for!

i personaly don't ever consume anything from macdonalds and IMHO i don't advise anyone else to, unless of course they are partial to eyelids and ringpieces in their burgers. drinks i suppose are allowed, however i won't do ronalds brown paper nose bags at any price, does anyone share my view?!

Took delivery of my Sti V7 in june and found 2 days later it had two cup holders in the BACK for this kids. Very thoughtful I thought.
(Before anyone asks it took my wife two days of complaining, nagging, coaxing then threatening me to get me out of the front seat)
Cheers Hawkeye
