Ive just realised how thirsty my scoob is

My my00 uk scoobs just gone into garage to have some work done so they have lent me a new 1.3 fiesta. When I got the car there wasnt a thimble full of petrol in it so I called at the nearest garage and put a tenners worth of fuel in it which put it just over a quarter of a tank, I drove the car home and went to my parents house in nottingham and Ive been out in it again this morning all about 70 odd miles or so and guess what the needle hasnt dropped below a quarter of a tank yet!
If I had done that in the scoob I would have used probably all of £30.
But one major downside to the fiesta massive turbo lag 80 miles so far and the turbo still hasnt kicked in

lol... I know what you mean.
I was using a pug 106 1.1 for the last few months. I'd look at the petrol gauge on Monday morning and see 1/4 of a tank and i'd be thinking "excellent, that'll do for getting me to work all week".
Now with the scoob it more like "s**t, only 1/4 of a tank. I'll need to stop for petrol on the the way home"

Soo what you actiually mean is you've just realised how heavy your right food is and how much fun the LOUD pedal is
If I drive sensibly I can get 320+ miles out of a tank (RB5 WRSPORT)

While having some repairs made to my scooby I had a Polo hire car. First day or two I almost caused a good few accidents in "taking gaps" until I realised it wasn't just the stalks that had changed. Brilliant fuel consumption too though (relatively speaking).
