Impreza Sport Question
#1
Does anyone know what the mpg figures are for the Impreza Sport? And whats the possibility of getting either an EVO VI bonnet or a Impreza Turbo bonnet on the Sport? Anyone know how much this'd cost and where it could be done? (London region).
Thanx in advance.

Sub-urban consumption for a Sport is around 75MPG, but as soon as you add a Scoop it drops to 11MPG.
Just kiddin'... but why ask such a question (when the answer is in the brochures and magazines)? You are in serious danger of being classified as a "Max Power" type, and thus banished to muppetdome!!!

No exact figures but mpg fairly good on the sport if you don't flog the thing to death (you will though )
turbo bonnet should slot straight on although why do you want to cool the coil pack / inlet manifold ?? (think scooby mania?? do group n / group a bonnets that would be )
evo bonnet i doubt would fit at all.

We get between 30 and 31 MPG in the Sport driving the car very hard all the time. We hardly ever have a journey less than 14 miles and it isn't in town traffic.
The one with the scoop, we get 26 to 28 MPG, similar journeys and routes but tapping into a fair amount of perfomance

hmm, not too bad then. Whats the possibility of putting on a turbo later on? Is is easier just to get an engine swap? (I can't afford the insurance on a turbo yet so the sport is a possibility)
