Urgent help.....please :)

Get some penetration oil (WD40 will do nicely), soak the end and **** it - HARD, on the side with a hammer. It seems bizarre to do this, but it's the only way to get them to release. You can intermittently try and lever them off with a pry bar too.
PS. Don't blame me if it goes **** up though

Hi guys,
Posting in here as I'm right in the middle of lowering my car and have came across a wee problem.
The track control ends are seized solid and won't budge. Can't seem to find anyway to get the strut out that would get around this problem.
Has anyone came across a similar problem when lowering their car - and if so how did you get round it!
Any help really appreciated
Cheers,
Chris
