IF I buy a PPP for my MY02 Sti will I be able to swap it onto a MY03 Sti if I buy one ?
Anyone know ?

I doubt it - PPP involves ECU tweaking as well as upgraded back box / intercooler hoses. If you're buying a MY03 STi, I wouldn't bother PPP'ing the STi 7.
