Just a few quetions.

When gatso's flash twice dose it meaan that there is deffinetly film in them.

If there is film in them what would the consiquenses be for doing 60mph in a 30 speed limit.

Is it a manditory £40 and 3points or is it a ban ???

It is my mate not me thats been caught(I dont drive fast on the roads!!!).

two flashes isnt a sign whether there is film in the camera or not - they'd do it either way........
If there was film in it - 60 in a 30 isnt going to be a straight forward 3 points - it may be a ban

You've, sorry your mate's , got a 1 in 8 of being done after being flashed. I've been flashed a couple of times 1 year ago , but nothing has ever come of it

Need to leave it nearer 3 weeks before you breath out - they have 14 days to send it out.

Your chance of getting nicked is less than 10% as many units have dummy flash units in them, and even those that are live cameras - only about 1 in 4 get processed due to massive numbers

I wouldnt hold out too much hope either if the NIP comes through the door outside that time period. Unfortunately, its never quite black and white with the law and have heard from solicitors you are much better to pay up rather than to fight the system in such cases

60 in a 30 by a school....not good mate. I assume it was night time, if not, sorry, but IMHO he deserves it!
