Question

I have a MY93 Legacy turbo, and I have asked before but no real answer about the bonnet scoop.

The scoop channels cool air over the turbo, but the chargecooler is on top of the engine and gets none of this air. Will I benefit from removing the metal cowling from under the scoop to allow cold air over the chargecooler or not.

Nb If this is worth doing, will it cause any problem with the airflow to the turbo

Please let me know

Thanks in advance

Jason
