I would like a set of letters made up (not spellig SUBARU), as similar to the ones on the back of a MY01 Subaru Impreza which say Subaru, as possible.

Can anyone on here make them or does anyone know of anyone who can make them

By 'a set of letters' do you mean metal ones like on the back of a Scoob or stickers in the same font as? If the former, can't you get them from a Subaru dealer? If the latter, I'm sure salsa-king will sort you out.

What word are you trying to make? The standard trick is to buy a few sets of the ones that say 'SUBARU' and then chop the letters around to make 'SCOOBY' for example.

No amount of S U B A R U letters will give you an "O" or a "C" or a "Y"

Or am I missing something?

O -- chop two U's up: one for the top half, one for the bottom
C -- U sideways, or the same as above and chop a bit out of the middle on the right hand side
Y -- Could probably do something with an upside-down A with the middle chopped out and an upright from another letter
