I've logged some performance data for my RB5 and have been interested how it compares to other cars, especially in-gear times. Anybody know what the magainzes use (EVO, especially) for test criteria, i.e. driver only plus half-tank of fuel, for example. If so, I have some decent figures. E.g RS Focus 80-100=7.2 s (5th) mine did 5.4s; 70-90 (3rd) is 4.2 for the RS and 3.6 for mine. The new WRX gets completely mullered by the RS! Also interested if anyone else has data for modified cars - some are running serious power. My car is standard RB5 with Miltek back box and centre plus MBC set to 1.1 bar, run on Optimax.
There are lots of dyno figures but I think performance figures are more telling. I haven't really caught the tuning bug yet but there are alot of new performance cars coming along so comparing figures will give me an idea which ones to look out for
Cheers
