What can fill the hole ??

Hi
After upgrading my front bumper I am left with 2 holes where the headlamp washer jets usually sit (its an sti with a UK bumper - sti's dont have headlamp washers)
I did have the washer jet heads fixed in there with double sided pads but one fell out the other day...
Any suggestions for what I could do....can you get blanking plates ??
