Just wondering when you get PPP done, do you get back the replaced bits or do you have to give them up? Just that if selling the car, might be nice to have the option of fitting the original bits and selling PPP bits separately - esp. the ECU?

John,
when I took mine in to be done, they asked me if I wanted to keep the parts, so I now have more junk in the garage .

You get all the bits back on the old shape car, but on the new one its everything minus the ECU

Cos they don't change the ECU, they just chip it into giving more boost

Question

Does this mean you can't remove the PPP chip from a MY01 and put it on a different my01 if required?

Cool

they give you the exhaust, cat back, intercooler piping and ecu back (still have my ecu and piping)
Its a complete new ecu, the piping in in blue with prodrive on it and the exhaust is great quiet but good unless u over 4k then its a roaring monster

Tony - it was partly your review which encouraged me! Quiet before 4k and then mad is just what I want. I hear good results later with a Falkland DP, but I don't fancy the increased noise. I think this will be jsut right.
