Hi there I would really like some help here, we have been looking at an
impreza for some time, a year or so back in What Car they ran an import
feature, and went round to many places in Europe, one thing they said was
that in Belgium you can order an Impreza with Pro Drive mods, at very good
prices, now I know that they do the uk 300 and the P1 in the uk but I did
not think this could be ordered in Belgium, I do not know can anyone give me
contacts ( dealers, not brokers), has any one ordered any Pro Drive mods
through there Belgium or Dutch, Danish order? what were the prices? please help

Hi, and welcome to scoobynet.

The UK300 and P1 were/are UK models only. You can't get them from Europe. The thread below discusses some import companies and pros and cons for importing.

Cool

As far I know you can order a euro import and then take it to your local Subaru dealer and have the PPP (prodrive performance kit fitted). The complication at the moment is that the PPP for the 2001 new shape model is only available for the UK300. The UK300 is a UK special model, so I very much doubt you will be able to order a euro version. The PPP is suppose to be available in the next few months for the 2001 WRX. The cost for the UK300 PPP is £1600. The UK300 engine and the 2001 WRX are one in the same ie both 215(ish) bhp.

hope this helps,

chrisp

When I ordered my car from the Netherlands PPP was an option for the MY00. I believe the MY01 PPP will also be available. Here are the accessories that were/are available for the MY00 in the Netherlands, You will find the PPP option including price, on number 87 option.

Darren,

I've seen the site you listed and the car is listed as the UK 300 however it has the wrong pic as the UK 300 comes with P1 wheels in gold and also has a large spoiler on the back. The specs are wrong too as it lists power is only 215 hp just like the standard rex. So I don't know what's going on there.

Wrexy-You're right that the picture on this site is of the standard car not the UK300. However the performance specs of the WRX and UK300 are indentical except when you specify the PPP at an additional £1,600 (UK price) when placing your order for the UK300.
Personally I'm amazed that this company has sourced the UK300 unless there's something very dodgy going on with them, the car or their supplying dealer.
At £20k (Plus PPP at £1,360!!!!) I'd be interested..even despite the rear spoiler!.
