Get one their great, I wouldn't swop mine for anything less than £40K on the market today.

By the way ignore all the Evo refugees from the Mitsi Lancer Register, there seem to be more of them on this Board than Scooby owners these days. Perhaps more of us should plague their board with negative comments.

All I can say is their board must be very boring as they spend so much time here moaning on about how great their cars are ....poxy things will rattle all your teeth out IMHO......

Oh! maybe another reason to buy a scoob ...great club and Board

Triple nomax fire suit now fitted.

No.

Clearly if your decision making process is based on what you read on here your are not fit to own one.

Buy a Vectra instead and save yourself a fortune....

GET ONE!!!- they're fast, fun and look great!!

Try to think of another car that you can get so much for the money as you can for a scoob, that's how i decided!!

Dave, much like yourself I wondered what I would be letting myself in for.I am on a budget and don`t have a great deal of spare readies to lavish on motors. It is well worth any sacrifice you have to make. Get the best you can afford. I bought a S plate WRX and have fallen in love with it. You have to buy one because it is one of those things in life that If you don`t do you may regret it later.

My other half loves it too, which really pleases me.
Thay are without doubt a little special. In a nut shell "GET ONE!"

Dave, I have a scooby, I luv it its great and I would recommend you buy a new one (but wait for sep Paris show for the facelift).
Its fast, its fast and it handles like a dream

BUT seriously, did you expect to get any other answer from the BBS?
Its mostly scooby drivers!
I would post the same message on the evo site, TT site etc etc.
You may hear stuff there that is not entirely correct, and maybe you'll return for some verification....just a thought

Wink

P1 is the way to go

if EVOs are so popular why are half the owners on MLR putting them up for sale and posting threads complaining that the EVO market is dead

VFM nothing beats a Scoob!!! I've had many other fast cars, Supra's,GTi's etc and nothing can do all things as well as the Scooby.
Do it, you know you want to

Said I would never get rid of my scoob but sadly I did for about 5 mins and drove off in another new one .

I get bored with cars after 2 years and start looking. Well I went looking a few months back and have decided to keep it at least another year.

They are great cars but arent perfect and aint cheap to run but worth it IMHO.

Test drive one and if you dont get out with a smile on your face then dont buy one .

Cheers

Dave Carter,

I own one and I say NO, don't buy one under any circumstances.

Reason? There will be too many of them about soon if you and others keep buying them!
