Haven't used the Scooby for a few weeks, went to it to get something out of it and noticed an unpleasant musty smell. Looked in the boot as I knew there was a leak in there from when I bought it and was faced with a spare wheel well full of water! In fact the water level was ove an inch at it's deepest point

I think when the previous owner fitted the clear/red lights he either didn't seal them properly or he didn't re-fit the pipe to the rear washer reservoir correctly. The drivers side light is full of condensation

Ah well, I suppose I wanted a cheap project

I scooped most of it out with a plastic cup then used one of MrsREV's best towels to soak up the rest

Wink

Mine filled to the height of the spare wheel when I first found the problem!

As suggested above I removed the rubber gromet at the bottom of the spare wheel and it all just runs out as soon as it gets in the boot..

Eventually I will get around to sealing the lights which is a known problem when discussing it on here so I susgest you are correct in suspecting the new lights...
