Just had scoobysport delimit my car.......but in this process the speedo has changed to mph......I think its accurate, still have to test as I don't have to original speedo in, its an STI one that goes up to 240kph
Anyway, the problem is, I think the distance is now counting in miles! and the car has done 80000 Kms.......
Question is, where do I find someone who will do a verfied certificate or something to convert my car into miles and wind back the clock to the correct amount (5/8ths)
Anyone else done this?!

Steve,
When you had the delimiter installed you should have asked them to fit a new facia. Power Engineering do this. Then get it calibrated on a rolling road.
You can then use the invoice (That should have the conversion date and current mileage at the time of conversion) as verification. It means that you would have to perform 2 calculations to get you actual milage.
Kms to conversion divided by 1.6
+
Mileage since conversion.
Are you coming along to the Power Engineering day in October.

yes I am..........
They didn't write down my mileage or anything
they were supposed to change the speedo fascia, but never did.
I will have to write down what KMS value was on the clock when I had it done......should I phone power engineering to see if they can do it???

It's worth a call. They should be able to change the facia and calibrate it for you. Ask them to put the mileage at the time of change onto the invoice and that should be proof enough.
See you there.
See you there.

Hi Jason! Yeah I've put a reminder on my phone too!
Gonna speak to scoobysport today about my speedo. If they won't sort it, then I'll talk to power engineering.
I've paid out so much on my scooby so far just getting it into a "normal" state!
Had someone else ring about my Corolla last nite, and aother guy thats interested. So hopefully it will be out of my way soon.
