Yup i get on average 28-30mpg out of my turbo with PPP and Scoobymania downpipe
You sport ppl have to remember that they only have 50ltr tanks thou so what may seem bad actually isnt as bad as you think

Always used to get 25 dead all the time (no matter how I drove it)
got 28 for the Big One meet last year (strange given I never took it out of 3rd, so I could keep up with the turbos)
Now it seems to be hovering around the 30 mark! (even though the clutch appears to be going)

So basically the running costs (servicing, Petrol etc.) are the same on a turbo as they are on a Turbo?
The only main difference seems to be the difference in insurance.

Sold my 2.0i s!3rra Sport in 1996 'cos I could not afford to fill it up with 4 star @60p (ish) a litre
Now I don't care how much my DBM drinks as I enjoy every mile

FTO 2 litre V6 = 26 mpg
200sx 2.0 litre turbo = 29 mpg
Twin turbo legacy 2.0 litre = 24 mpg
MR2 g limited 2.0 = 30 mpg
Lexus 4 litre V8 25mpg!!!!
And finally my Mondeo 2 litre = 39 mpg
I do more motorway miles than town driving.

Another comparison, I get about 260-300 miles with normal driving, or almost 400 if it's motorway miles, from the tank of my 306 (2 litre engine). Have never dared worked out the mpg as I am am sure it will scare me.
