Unhappy

A question on the window scratches. I have just rung up the warranty people up & been told that because I have a Subaru PROVEN warranty, it does not cover windows or bodywork. Apparently, if I'd had an extended warranty or a manufacturers warranty it would have been covered. I am not very happy about this, did you have the proven warranty or one of the others? Thanking you for your time in advance.

daft suggestion, maybe........

BUT why not "experience" an incident with a stone.......

The insurance excess is usually about £50..... (check your insurance though!!!)

On one window perhaps, but this is on all 4, I don't think they'd believe that!
