Question

Twice now my car has cut all power whilst driving along.
First time was about 3 weeks ago, 2nd time was today.
I was on a trailing throttle in town, so not an overboost problem.

Also today, my car didn't start on the first turn over.
In fact it took 3, then a halt, then a bit of throttle, then 2 turns to get it to fire.

I'm wondering if the cause could be a failing fuel pump or coil pack.
Anyone had similar experiences, or anyone willing to have a go at a diagnosis?
