All,

Unfortunately I've found myself in a position where I've had to make on a claim under warranty for an engine rebuild. My claim was rejected and I'm considering various options in response but would like to hear from anyone who has successfully/unsuccessfully dealt with the above company. The Company is based in Reading and the web address is

Had a successful claim from them when one of the coil packs packed up on the wife's car. It did take them a long time to pay out -- probably about 6 weeks when they said it would be 14 days. Bit of a pain for a £140 claim, considering we paid them more than that for the warranty.

BTW

Would you mind sharing the issue with the BBS? I have a policy with them and would welcome any knowledge or feedback.

Out with the neck and sod 'em all if they don't like it! I'll decide if you are being harsh or unfair or not!

Thanks

I don't want to share the issue with the BBS at this moment in time as my dispute is unresolved. I will however discuss my experiences to date offline so John, Diesel send me an e-mail with a number you can be contacted on.

Regards

I had a MWD policy for 2 years on my sti 5 - made a claim a few months back >£300 due to failed MAF - they coughed up - but only after 6 or 7 phone calls to chase payment. They previously refused claims for lambda sensor replacements though (twice) - thus it is crucial to check what IS and what ISN'T covered + also be VERY upfront about all the mods you make to the car...

fwiw - I would still have been better off after 2 years - by putting the premiums (over £600) into the bank instead !!!

if you would liek more info - mail me at
