Recently bought a 22b, the car has had some paint to the O/S rear quater. The quality of finish and shade match is not fantastic and I am considering having it re-painted. I suspect the only way to get the right result is remove the rear window trim, rear light cluster, and the black trim strip that runs across the roof.

The question I ask myself is will it go back together ok, or should I just accept the paint work as it is and not risk it.

I have found a good paint shop who feel able to tackle the job. But any advice or peoples own personal experiences with paintwork/accident repairs would be most welcome.
