Nope mate, you've got to go to London for an SVA test. The one in Bicester is an ESVA centre. There's also a long wait to get tested. I know this because I ended up re sitting my test on Christmas Eve..

Theres one in donnington at The actual track my sister works tehre for an import company and they do Hundreds a month so if it helps llet me know
