My local dealer tells me, (unofficially), that no more orders are being taken for STi Type UK cars and that a new STi8 will be out in early 2003. Does anyone have more info?

Seem to remember they are only importing so many as Type UK and they dont have any order left for the year so I guess they arent taking order for next year yet. Plus dont forget the MY03 models come out in Spetember/October 2002 time and its august this week .

I was talking to a dealer at the Rallycar day and i asked whether the allocation of STI with the prodrive body kit had sold out. He said that it had for this registration letter but a new batch would be released on the new reg, therefore i assume this is the same for the car itself.

He also said that the reason for limiting numbers was to keep residuals high.
