if you get a speeding ticket sent to you via the post cus u have been cought on a Digi speed camera

lets say the fine is £50....

if you send £55 back to them in a cheque...
they then have to send you £5 change!!!...yes?

if you don't cash that cheque for the £5, do THEY not then say that the 'transaction' has not been 'finished' until you cash the cheque???

so then you getta away with it?

a friend told it to me cus he had read it in the Daily Sport!!!!!

i think that says it all really, i laughted at him too lol


does anyone know about this sort of thing, that can clean it up a bit for me! tnx
and make it a bit more easier to understand?

No you can't. It's an urban myth that's been doing the rounds for a while now.

Yep, it's a myth. Someone on the RSOC BB tried it and they wrote back, returning the cheque asking for the correct payment, else he'd get done for non-payment.
