Question

I was thinking of fitting a strut brace to my MY01 WRX but wanted some opinions on the usefullness for what will probably 99% road use?

Also, the Subaru part is £200, Scoobysport £225, are there any cheaper alternatives as this sounds excessive for what they are made of/complexity.

Cheers,
Darren.

Take a look at the OMP strut brace from Demon Tweeks, does the same job for less than 50 quid.

Question is, if they are so cheap and suitable for road use then how come Subaru have added so much to the 01 car to make it stiffer yet haven't added one of these as standard....?

Or other manufacturers come to think of it?
