The Listers car would appear to be standard and at £33k is very overpriced. The standard car (including the Prodrive version which has cosmetic enhancements only) produces 262 bhp. The other car mentioned has what sounds like a decatted exhaust system so will probably have nearer 280 bhp. Beware these modified versions since decatting an STi7 is not straightforward.
The Prodrive performance pack (PPP) will be available very soon and should cost about £2k including fitting. No further details are available but it is expected to have around 300 bhp.
