You know when you are driving around you sometimes come across a bunch of OAPs sitting around in picnic chairs next to their Volvo 340s, with clip boards on their laps looking at the traffic.

There were a bunch on the M25 this morning on the flyover at Junction 18.

What are they doing? Or are they just very committed Scooby watchers?

actually stopped and asked them this once, very accomadting and loved the scoob..... they are counting cars, yep thats right, counting cars, colour of cars, what sort of Heavy Goods Vehicles go past etc, very exciting stuff......great opportunity for a retired person(s)..... then they told me how much they got for doing it ! ****... cant wait till i'm retired....

ha ha ha, just stop and ask the next laod you see, always handy for directions this lot as well, go out armed with every road atlas imaginable.... even offered me a cup of tea ??
