Very Nice M8
The Springs will lower it just right
Brakes look impresive
Good idea for the CD Player (WIsh I'd thought of that)
PPP is a must
but it won't stop there

About time you got your lurvely car posted on this 'ere BBS !
I can honestly say folks, that this is the best looking MY01 I've seen in the flesh. I've also had the pleasure of driving it! People certainly do look...
The rear spolier has to be the best looking of it's type. Fizz swears it has improved rear-end grip on high speed sweeping bends, too.
With those new stoppers, and the extra power to come in the form of the PPP, you might yet be able to keep up with my rusty ol' nail of an MY99, eh mate?
Looking Forward to our convoy to Le Mans - Any chance I could talk you into having some company sponsorship vinyl graphics added, for that final "je ne sais pas?"
Squizz.

Evo5 - I think you'll find the little box by lighter is the control for the mStation.
Fizz - Nice car! Could the mStation not go in the gap below your new stereo? As I'm sure it said to be single din size??

Thanks for the comments folks...
I am really unsure about 18's. A very expensive item just to spend more on tyres every 10,000 miles when I like the SILVER!! standard ones... Gold is a girly colour and looks like a "Kev's" car!!!!
nib....
The mstation will not fit in the dashboard.... it's about three inches too deep! Also with the compartment in from the GX the stereo space is filled with the stereo and the gap underneath is actually smaller because of the thickness of the plastic. Anyhow... I would not want to leave it on show and also the carrying handle does obscure some buttons. The remote only works when directed at the control unit not the actual box!

Looks F.A.B. fast and beautiful.
Silver st'd 17"'s look great on it, especially as htey are sooooo clean - well done.
Out of interest are all Morrettes HID or is that a seperate upgrade with them?
Cheers.

Nice car Fizz
Have to agree, the RallyTech spoiler is very nice, but then I would say that
More pictures of my car here if you are interested.
FreeT - the HID lights are an option. Cost wise, the Scoobysport kit is around £400 (on top of the original Morrette units) - well worth it though in my opinion.
Cheers

The morrettes are standard items but I find them very bright and really can justify the 400!! The driving lamps more tham make up for the lack of light on main beam. The worst problem I get is the lamps getting very dirty because they are flat! Has anyone designed a washer system for them!!

Fizz - I've found then same problem. It is the only real downside to the Morrettes. Over the last few weeks, the amount of salt and crap on the roads has made the lights really dirty - I've ended up cleaning them when I get to work - a journey of just over 30 miles
Mind you - I wouldn't swap 'em back though I'm still thinking about the driving lamp conversion for a bit of extra lamp power....
Choice seems to be Scoobysport or maybe the Prodrive kit.

Get a driving light conversion..
Eveyone...
my pride and joy pictured here today has been blemished when a gust of wind at a petrol station flung a bin into the drivers door, denting it and then into the back door scratching and denting it... £200 bill.... Hopefully shell should get the invoice and pay me back!!!

Why not get both the Morrette upgrade to HID and Hella HID driving lights to replace fogs, you want to see where your going - right!
Why haven't anyone design secong lights that turn as you turn, to see roung bends as you enter them? Aha... wait, come on wait...
RIGHT GO GO GO lets have all the smart ar8ed answers.

Fizz - Nice car and looking good, the mods will never stop!
I find the same thing with the dirst build up on the lenses. One trip (back from Scotland) I had to buy a pack of wet wipes. The front of the car was white with salt.
They are still in the glove box, quite useful and quick cleaning to!
