Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Had enough with a certain subaru dealer.
really fed up with it, wont post it here as I know people get touchy about it but I am really fed up!
Just to say that Mill Lane will be getting business from me from now on even though its no where near where I work or live.
Sorry just needed to vent a little steam!

loads of little things really
getting warrenty claims sorted out then who pays the labour on those. Having "top-up" oil left in the car and charged over the odds for oil that I already keep in reserve. Bookings not made for servicing which means I have to run around and just get it booked in and leaves me stranded while they do it as I can wait for collections or courtesy cars etc. loads of little things that I have given them the chance to rectify and then you just realise its not worth it.

I'm assuming you're in Surrey yourself though. If you want a recommendation - goto Cheam Motors - both Andy and I are long standing customers of them. I don't think you would encounter similar problems when servicing your car. Details at

Chris,
I wouldn't say I was a long standing customer!!
I use to use Mill Lane and I can't fault them. The car was always cleaned, you always get a new loan car, and Charles knows what he's talking about. Only problem was that it was a 85 mile round trip for a service!!
Cheam Motors are only 5 miles away, and the service they offer is as good, and although the loan cars are slightly older, they is offset with the SIDC discount I get, so I'm happy with them!!
I've only used Cheam Motors for one service, and a major repair!!!
That said, I WILL keep using Cheam Motors!!
Personally I'd rather drive an older car, knowing that I'm saying some money!! Although I know some people don't like that!
Service wise both as good as each other!!
The choice is yours!

will probably go to cheam next time but for this time I need to drop the car and find somewhere to go for the day so Mill Lane are closer to my folks so thats where its going. Next time when I am not let down by a dealer I can book ahead and get the car collected.
