Wrong forum quick answer needed! STI intercooler spray nozzels where to mount?

Sorry about the wrong forum
MY99, STI intercooler nozzels, as far as I can tell can either mount right at the front of the scoop, nearest to the windscreen, by chopping out some of the rubber mounting strip on the bottom of the scoop, or about 2 inches back, where on the underside of the bonnet there is a bulge, would then need to drill to wholes in this buldge because not enough depth to it.

Yes it does! I thought they went on the scoop but can see now they go on the black metal tray that bolts on from the underside and also theres two raised areas on it to mount them!
