Just had 7500 service, driving on a dual carriage at about 70 and got this well strange vibration. I was on the phone when it started so it wasn't post garage paranoia. (forgot the oil, or sump plug loose) I dipped the clutch and slowed but it didn't go, Also turned the engine off I think although it may have stalled, and coasted into laybye. Not wanting to look stupid and find out it was a dodgy road surface I drove to next round about and back TWICE, about ten miles and it did the same five or six times. so back to dealer take mechanic same route, guess what no noise. I know what your thinking road noise but this made the seats vibrate, imagine a badly balanced wheel times it by ten but no steering wheel vibration. Checked tyres which were done at service, reading 35 so drooped them 1 bar 2 pound I think, no sighn of the problem, done 70 miles. Am I going made or are these tyres that sensitive. HELP.

Sasman

I doubt anyone will be able to help. It sounds like a complete mystery.
