Mobile cameras on motorway bridge
#1
Anyone ever been done with the above?
I went past one yesterday and was probably speeding.
Other cars in front and behind were also over 70. So do they get all cars or only selected ones?

I haven't been done but my brother was for doing 86 on the M1 in Northamptonshire where the w**@$%s sit on the bridges with the vans all the time. Can't remember if he was sent a photo with his letter but it was 3 points and a fine too.

Not sure about the truth in this one, but I did hear that when they stick the camera's up on the motorway bridge, they sit them on a tripod, which is sat on the pavement over the bridge. Now if you happen to be walking along the pavement and trip over the camera's and cause yourself a nasty injury, Im sure you might have good grounds to make a claim. They are also causing an obstruction.
