Subaru NOP Market research

I have just had a guy from a company called NOP. I do not know what it stands for. He has shown me his ID card.
He says that Subaru have hired NOP to do market research on it's custotmers and the reason's why I bought a scoob and would I buy another one, could he make an appointment to talk to me.
I have already filled in a questionaire from Subaru asking the same questions. Why the personal touch now. They never wrote to me to tell me someone will be coming round.
Has anybody else had someone call on them. The guy informed me that Subaru gave NOP my address. I would like to know how many other people have had this personal approach.
I;m going to give Subaru a ring to check this out further. I'm not paranoid but I would rather be sure.

NOP are a respected market research company - HSBC use them for various bits. As long as the credentials were kosher you have nothing to worry about.
